His career spans some of the industry's most respected organizations — including Werfen (formerly Immucor, Hologic, Gen-Probe, and Tepnel LIFECODES) and Invitrogen Corp — where he consistently drove double-digit revenue growth, achieving a compound annual growth rate of 15%+ and generating over $100 million in revenues across his territories.

A proven commercial strategist, René has led distributor networks across EMEA, APAC, and the United States, managed C-level and tender committee engagements at major hospitals and biotech companies, and delivered presentations at medical and scientific conferences worldwide. He has been recognized twice with the CEO Award for highest sales performance in the transplant division, and earned the CEO Club distinction at Invitrogen for leading all sales in his division.
